Full Job Description

Working as part of centralised team of specialists, providing brand, management type, and regional opening & transitions support, this position plays a pivotal role in automating and optimizing data analysis processes, creating and maintaining reports and data visualisations to support enterprise m regional and functional projects.

This role requires an analytical problem solver who is comfortable diving into data, managing multiple tasks, and effectively communicating with business stakeholders.

You will understand and shape high-level requirements for business projects and implement high-level solutions inclusive of data design and technical patterns to deliver on these projects. You will work within the scope of a EMEA Openings & Transitions (O&T) team and will partner with the Brand Performance (BPS) team to drive performance enhancing projects.

In addition, and as assigned by the business, this position will support the openings & transitions processes of hotels to include new hotel openings, brand to brand conversion, ownership change, exits and terminations.

In order to ensure alignment and consistency, and leverage on our resources, this position, must be based in the UK and co-located with the wider Brands & Central Operations team; in particular with the EMEA BPS team in Hilton's Watford office.,

  • Day-to-day execution of business initiatives to support hotels' onboarding and transition.


  • Partner with the Enablement & Activation and Data & Analytics workstreams within BPS to support:


  • o Management of centralised systems and data sources, adhering to company best practices.

    o Report automation solutions using SQL, Excel, VBA, and other tools.

    o Optimize existing processes and implement new support models to enhance data-driven performance support.

    o Contribute ideas and innovations to improve reporting and operating procedures.

    o Develop processes across platforms such as SQL Server, Alteryx, Redshift, MicroStrategy, and Power BI to support enterprise KPIs

    o Maintain, develop and launch O&T AI resources and hotel facing content

    o Analyse large datasets from various sources, understand their associated business functions, and provide actionable insights

    o Maintain data integrity and accuracy of core platforms

    o Design and implement various performance reporting and dashboards to as required by the business.

  • Support the Activation & Enablement team with management of Openings & transitions support materials, knowledge articles and processes to ensure these always reflect the latest brand voice and positioning, cross functional opening tasks.

    The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job.


  • Required Criteria:

  • Strong commend of English both written and verbally.


  • Experience using business and data management tools such as SQL and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
