Specialist Events Sales Manager

This role will see you oversee all aspects of events, meetings and group sales, including revenue generation, client management, and sales team cooperation. You'll develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be the main driver for key stakeholder relationships at the poperty and externally. You'll constantly utilise your strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.,

• Our Specialist Sales Managers can employ an organised, planned and strategic approach to driving new revenues, revenue generating activities and customer engagement to achieve clear supported business results.


• The role is measured through key sales metrics and KPIs including monthly revenue, tracked monthly activity and opportunity reporting, so you'll be highly organised and have a Strong eye for detail.


• You'll be able to handle stakeholder feedback from a range of different sources, demonstrating excellent communication at all levels.


• Experience of sales within a branded hotel environment would be highly advantageous as would an understanding of hotel group operations.
