Full Job Description

As the Specialist, Global Ethics & Compliance Training & Communications, you will enhance the efficient and effective operation of the Ethics & Compliance Program across E&C and Astellas through the design, development, and deployment of global E&C training and communications.   • Oversee the authoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Ethics & Compliance Program training and communication tools to enhance the culture of integrity across E&C and Astellas.
  • Direct and lead projects and training programs to ensure colleagues are supported to a high standard in their use of training and communication tools and resources.
  • Develop and implement analysis techniques to generate insights from training and communications data that support business partnering, innovation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage the development and leadership of E&C training programs, including technology, agile methodologies, and SharePoint.
  • Oversee contracting processes and project development with external vendors for learning and communications design and development.
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting data and business insights from Ethics & Compliance tools and systems, ensuring effective management of the Ethics & Compliance program.

    Extensive experience in training, communications, or business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and global training and communications methodologies and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop training content such as live workshops and eLearning storyboards, and global learning plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, matrixed global organization and communicate fluently in English.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and organize/analyze complex data.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and commitment to ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  • Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, with a background in Compliance or related functions such as regulatory, legal, audit, or risk.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in using training and communications software like Storyline and Camtasia (video).
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint Online, with a solid understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Competence in using Excel for data analysis and Word for documentation.
  • Strong familiarity with digital tools to create and manage training programs effectively.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
