Full Job Description

This role will be developing and ensuring maintenance planning and control methods, standardize CMMS, data measurement, and KPIs for operational performance. Also the role will share best maintenance practices and implement equipment improvements as well as develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, formulate action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives., Lead the optimization of maintenance planning of productive equipment, enabling the plant to achieve optimal production results

Direct and monitor the development of plans and schedules to ensure scope, cost, and schedule compliance

Manage maintenance management reports within Plant teams to execute all activities, aiming to reduce equipment downtimes

Develop and oversee maintenance reports and costs entered in the maintenance system, aiming to reduce expenses

Promote the adoption of best practices, lean tools, and engineered solutions, as they relate to building and sustaining a world class maintenance program

Monitor operational efficiency of refurbished equipment to increase productivity

Reduce spare parts inventory through technical analysis to prevent stockouts during mechanical equipment interventions

Identify team development and training needs, fostering employee engagement and participation

Perform equipment inspection activities using technical criteria based on history, supplier information, engineering studies, and acquired knowledge

Minimum of 3 years experience in process optimization and spare part management

Minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering and maintenance

A university degree in Engineering-related discipline or NVQ Level 6 - preferred

Fluent written and spoken English

Experience in industrial process analysis with a systemic approach and knowledge of continuous improvement tools

Technical analysis skills to evaluate and optimize spare part potentials across production stages
