+ Delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy management of patients with musculoskeletal/Rheumatological presentations
+ Supervision of less experienced staff, such as rehab assistants and band 5 physiotherapists
+ Clinical mentorship of student physiotherapists
+ Service development projects, such as audit and quality improvement programmes
