Specialist Occupational Therapist - Acute Stroke / Brain Injury

To assist in planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the Therapy Service (Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy) provided to patients admitted with a stroke throughout the Trust on a day-to-day basis.
