East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust have just made a significant investment into their Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation service as part of a major transformative programme to deliver a Home-First model, transferring care to the community - and we want you to be a part of it.
Our expanded Occupational Therapy service provides care and rehabilitation across the integrated pathway from acute to intermediate care services in the community, supporting patients with the care and rehabilitation they need, improving clinical outcomes and patient experience.
Successful candidates joining our expanded service will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, progressive, integrated, multiagency and multidisciplinary team to deliver fully joined up care to the people of East Sussex. As part of our team, you will work closely with, and be supported by, our Professional Leads, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Team Leads, Practice Educators and the wider team, providing you the opportunity to develop your skills, training, education, and career fully - whether you're newly qualified or looking to take on a more senior role.

occupational therapist: 1 year (preferred)
