Full Job Description

Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to paediatric in-patients

Provide highly specialised paediatric drug therapy advice to patients/carers, medical and nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

Provide teaching to pharmacy, nursing and medical staff in specialist areas of clinical practice and supervises less experienced band 6 pharmacists & students., To provide Clinical Pharmacy Services to paediatric patients and support advanced/lead pharmacists in the delivery of services to their patients.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our clinical pharmacist team. Pharmacist with no paediatric experience will be considered and training is provided in all specialties.
