Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

This is a part time post at 22.5 hours for 12 months and will be based across South Warwickshire.

This will be an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a developmental opportunity within this specialism.

The service is seeking expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapists who are able to demonstrate extensive post graduate clinical skills, knowledge and experience, within this specialist area which will inspire colleagues and enhance service quality. The successful applicants would be expected to:

Communicate well with their departmental lead colleagues and managers in order to deliver a caring and effective patient service.

Inspire and mentor junior colleagues and undergraduate students offering expert recommendations and providing invaluable support.

Manage the department on a day to day basis.

Effectively and efficiently manage their own patient caseload.

Possess great organisational and leadership skills.

Deputise for Pathway Lead.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high standard physiotherapy service to patients in area ofspecialism

To work in conjunction with the Pathway lead in planning, co-ordinating,delivering and evaluating the service area on a day to day basis.

To take a lead role in the provision of support, clinical supervision andhighly specialist advice to less experienced physiotherapy staff andundergraduate students within the physiotherapy department.
