Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive Perinatal Team based at St Andrews Place and delivering a service across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire to women experiencing perinatal difficulties?

If the answer is yes, we currently have a Specialist Perinatal Practitioner Posts available for 30 hours per week

Main duties of the job
We know that providing person centred care and intervention can impact significantly on quality of life for women as well as that of their children and families.
You will be implementing early interventions using a biopsychosocial approach and developing individualised care plans for the management of mental health in the antenatal, labour and postnatal periods for our women including mental health birth plans.
The post holder will primarily be required to work as a specialist practitioner providing evidence based interventions to treat perinatal conditions.
Your day to day activities will also include giving preconception advice to women with major mental health difficulties as well as providing specialist assessments and early identification of mental health issues using NICE recommendations with early referrals to mental health services when required.
