Full Job Description

Come and join our friendly, growing Pharmacy Homecare team - part of the wider Medicines Optimisation team. Help us to develop and strengthen the homecare service to ensure a safe and efficient service to patients on long term, high cost drugs., To work with the Pharmacy Clinical Team to provide a comprehensive Pharmacy Service throughout the Trust.

To be part of the team working to support the specialties and areas that use medicines which are PbR excluded.

To supervise and train pharmacy staff and other disciplines to ensure that the objectives of the Trust and Pharmacy Service are achieved.

To work with the Pharmacy Medicines Optimisation and Homecare team to ensure high-cost medicines are managed safely and effectively.
