Cancer - opportunity to be permanently in cancer team or as part of rotational specialist pharmacist programme

Delivery of high quality pharmaceutical care to adult cancer inpatient, outpatients and day cases. Antimicrobial stewardship - permanent position in AMS team

Work as part of the AMS team to deliver the AMS agenda - supporting clinicians in the safe prescribing of antimicrobials (on ward rounds, answering queries and proactive surveillance)
