Specialist Physiotherapist

This role is a rotational post in the areas of Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, PDOC and head injury and out-patients. We would encourage both an experienced therapist or for a band 5 therapist who feels ready to move onto a more senior role to apply. In your roleat the Wellington Hospital you willcarry out accurate physiotherapy assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with diverse clinical presentations and complex physical and psychological needs in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team on the Acute Rehabilitation Unit at The Wellington Hospital.

The Acute Neuro-rehabilitation unit at the Wellington Hospital have some exciting opportunities following expansion and refurbishment. We are an established service which offers comprehensive interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs for both inpatients and out-patients. We are looking for Physiotherapists who have a special interest in Neuro-Rehabilitation, or would like to grow their skills in this area. The Rehabilitation Physiotherapy department consists of 18 members of staff.
