Full Job Description
The post holder will work predominantly in South West Oxfordshire with some county-wide outreach work required to support other team members, including within the Oxford city area. A valid UK driving license with access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes is therefore required. You will be joining a team of forward thinking, innovative Physiotherapists. Opportunities will be available to become actively involved in delivery of individual and group appointments, supervision of students and quality improvement projects. Regular supervision will be provided to support development., The role involves conducting comprehensive neurological assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of service users. This includes working autonomously in a community-based setting, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care. Service users are seen in a variety of settings, such as their homes, leisure centers, and locality clinics, depending on what is most appropriate for their situation. Additionally, the role includes providing support to students and Band 4 staff within the team, offering guidance and supervision as needed. There is also an active involvement in ongoing service development initiatives and quality improvement projects, contributing to the continuous enhancement of care delivery.
