Full Job Description
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to join the dynamic Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team based at the University Hospital of Wales. This Specialised Physiotherapist role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to develop their knowledge and skills in the managment of Pelvic health patients, and also have some involvement with maternity services, including treating patients on the postnatal wards and delivering our education classes., The role will give you the opportunity to develop your clinical skills in the specialist area of Pelvic Health. You will be responsible for managing an outpatient caseload treating pregnancy related musculoskeletal presentations and pelvic floor dysfunction across the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board sites. The successful candidate will be fully inducted and mentored to help develop their knowledge and skills in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction if required. You may also have some involvement with maternity services, including treating patients on the postnatal wards.

You will be involved with the delivery of the team in-service training programme and you may assist with the supervision of other team members and the provision of education to other healthcare professionals.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
