In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in bringing ideas into fruition, be part of transformation plans and help deliver ambitious impactful projects. You will benefit from mentoring, shadowing, clinical supervision as well as leadership opportunities to really enjoy the role of being a Podiatrist and the accompanying scope of development. You will provide day-to-day clinical care, across a variety of sites, in a supported environment and within a dynamic team. Providing day-to-day professional leadership, you will ensure the needs of patients are placed at the centre of care delivery while providing assurance that standards of clinical care and clinical pathways are within a designated area is of the highest standard attainable. You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassionate leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice and leadership. At the same time be willing to learn and develop within this Band 6 role.
