The GP Care Group is delighted to announce exciting opportunities within the Childrens Service.

We are launching our Quality agenda and are very excited to be recruiting to our team of Specialist SCPHN Nurses (Health Visitors and School Nurses) who have are key role in supporting front-line teams to provide a high quality and integrated care and support to parents and babies.

The team will have a key role in ensuring the full Healthy Child Programme and High Impact Areas are delivered and contribute to addressing health inequalities, working closely with our Family Hub/GP Practices/community childrens service and 3rd Sector to deliver integrated services that are innovative, progressive and responsive to the needs of Tower Hamlets community.

You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on making a tangible difference in the lives of families in Tower Hamlets., To work closely with the Clinical/Operational Directors and wider Leadership teams, HEIs and partners to promote career pathways for non-registered staff, high quality placements for learners and robust preceptorship for newly registered staff to reduce attrition and optimise retention.

Tower Hamlets GP Care Group (The Care Group) was incorporated as a community interest company limited by shares in September 2014. Every general practice in Tower Hamlets owns one share of £1. The Care Group was formed to manage borough level contracts on behalf of the practices, deliver primary care led services and support general practices, and to be the provider voice of primary care in the wider health and social care system.
