Full Job Description
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times
- Pay attention to the Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure waste is removed from catering facility and safely disposed of.
- Assist in the preparation of basic foods.
- Able to provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
- Comply with Senad Group and functions Schools policies.
- Help raise the profile of nutritious school food with the pupils and carers
You will assist the Cook in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all meal services at the required times, and to provide the young people, staff and guests with quality wholesome meals and snacks in accordance with the menu cycle.
All school rules and operational standards must be respected at all times.
