This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with diverse needs whilst fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all.

• An upbeat, positive, can do attitude


• A level 3 or level 4 diploma in residential childcare, or willing to work towards


• 2 years' experience in a similar setting


• Ability to supervise and support a care team of up to 15 Residential Support Worker's
  
  Edgewood School is a brand-new residential school setting for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and associated challenging behaviours. We have welcomed our first day pupils and are now looking to recruit a care team ready to welcome our first residential placements.

Working on a condensed rota pattern from 7:15am - 9:45pm on a 3 on 3 off basis, 50.75 hrs per week,
