Depending on experience and training, you will either join as a band 4 or as a band 3 with progression into band 4. This will depend on successful completion of a certificate of competence. We'll be on hand to train and support you until you are competent and confident. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in Radiology, with the potential to progress within a unique specialism. In this role, you will support team leads and practitioners by performing and analysing DXA scans. You'll also occasionally support DXA research studies! Excellent communication skills are required to fully complete the DXA questionnaire with the patient, ensuring that all the relevant information is available for the reporting team to decide the diagnosis and management. In return you can expect to work in a busy clinical environment, working with a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical staff, in a role which is challenging but rewarding.   • Ability to prioritise competing demands and a good attention to detail is essential
