Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist

Suffolk County Council seeks a dynamic, visionary psychologist as a Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist (SSEP), due to an expansion within our renowned, award-winning Psychology and Therapeutic Services. This role will be centred around Inclusion with an initial focus upon children and young people's positive engagement with education.

You will:
- contribute towards strategic developments centred around Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance and Barriers to Education to improve outcomes for children, young people, families and communities
- effectively collaborate with Inclusion partners and stakeholders to transform systems and impact outcomes for children, families, and education across Suffolk
- collaborate closely with the Senior EP team and Senior Leadership across the P&T Service to ensure a coordinated approach to strategic developments
- strengthen and shape our work both within the core Educational Psychology Service and our ground-breaking Inclusion Facilitation Service by championing inclusion and working strategically to maximise the impact of psychology at a systems level.
- support your team via supervision, service development and systemic work

You will need:
- to be professionally qualified and HCPC registered

- skilfully utilise consultation to achieve collaborative solutions

£56,540 - £61,848 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus 3 SPA
