Specialist Speech & Language Therapist

We are pleased to be able to offer a Band 6 permanent post within the Adult Community SALT service in the London Borough of Brent. We are a dynamic and welcoming team of SLTs and SLT Assistant, focused on providing high standard patient-centred care with emphasis on continuing service development and excellent links with our community multidisciplinary team and the local acute SLTs. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to complete our Adult SLT Team., The successful post holder will provide assessment and therapy in dysphagia and communication to a wide range of adult clients with complex conditions including acquired and progressive neurological conditions. The role is based at Willesden Centre for Health & Care. You will have the rewarding experience of working with patients within the area of Brent, a vibrant multicultural London Community, offering both domiciliary and outpatient care. You will have the opportunity to engage with service development such as research, audits and QI projects, for which CLCH also offers comprehensive training and support.
