Full Job Description

The post holder will be based in the Ealing Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD). They will provide assessment, treatment and management to service users in a range of community settings.
The post holder will assess clients with communication / swallowing disorders and develop and implement highly specialist, SLT management and treatment packages.
They will independently manage and prioritise a specialist caseload.
They will provide advice to other professionals and carers re: management and care of clients with communication/swallowing disorders.
They will lead on dysphagia service development. The role will comprise of both dysphagia and communication related work.

We are looking for a professional with specialist skills in Dysphagia management. This post would be suitable for an experienced Band 6 who would like to develop their skills further.
