The Speciality Business Manager for Medical is responsible for the patient pathways within the Speciality units ensuring that all operational performance targets are monitored, tracked and delivered. In doing so, they provide leadership to, and management of, the performance and capacity teams. You will be expected to make a positive contribution to the provision and development of health services within Medicine and support and empower your teams to making a real difference. • To lead and manage the patient pathways within the Speciality business units (SBU) ensuring the best use of available resources to provide efficient and effective delivery of all services in line with best practice, quality standards and performance targets.
