Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Palliative Medicine Specialty Doctor to join the North Wales specialist palliative care team., This is a permanent speciality doctor role within the Palliative Medicine department. The appointee should have previous general medical experience and will work with the senior medical staff and clinical nurse specialists as part of the Specialist Palliative Care Team, to support both community and hospital inpatient services in North East Wales. This is a part-time position, of four sessions per week, based with the team in the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham., As per the Welsh SAS Contract, this post has 4 sessions, made up of 3.2 clinical sessions and 0.8 supporting professional activity (SPA) sessions.
