Full Job Description

  • Assessment and management of acute admissions to the Acute Medical Unit and Same Day Medical Assessment Unit Attend ward rounds as timetabled.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary ward
  • Assist in-patient
  • Assessment of patients in the Emergency
  • Fulfill the duties of the weekly timetable including out of hours
  • Participate in Clinical
  • Participate in departmental Education and Training sessions

    Applicants will be required to have experience of working within the NHS at a Junior / CMT / Trust SHO Doctor level which must include working in Medicine for a minimum period of 12 months. You will require current ALS / ATLS (or equivalent) and will also be GMC registered.
  • You will have access to study leave and the experience will be equivalent to a training post. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the substantive posts within the Trust.
