Full Job Description

The post holder willparticipatein theresidentanaesthetic junior on-call rota andbe responsible forproviding elective and emergency anaesthesia forthesurgical specialties listed below. Inadditionthe post holder willprovide emergency airway support to the hospital and be involved in theinitialresuscitation and transfer of critically ill patients. The rota will consist of a mixture of normal days, longdaysand nights. It is expected that the successful applicant will perform dutiesappropriate tothe grade and his/her level of experience.
