Speciality Doctor within Memory Assessment Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Memory Assessment Service in Derbyshire as a Speciality Doctor. We are looking for an individual who has an interest in the specialist area of cognitive impairment and dementia., The main duties of the role will include:

• Formulating and delivering diagnosis.
• Developing treatment plans and using the electronic prescribing system.
• Requesting and reviewing tests such as CT Scans and ECG's.
• Engaging in the MAS MDM's and formulating diagnoses.
• Face-to-face diagnostic clinics.
• Supervision of NMP's.
• Supporting with the clinical development of the team.
