Full Job Description
The post holder will have 2 outpatient clinics a week, Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning. Each clinic consists of a new patient slot lasting 1 hour and follow up slots which last 30 minutes. A typical clinic will last 3 hours comprising of 1 new patient and 4 follow up slots. As well as these, there are 2 further slots each week which are ad-hoc for reviews of the Early Intervention Psychosis patient and the Assertive Outreach patients including medical reviews and CPA meeting. Some of these reviews are on site and others may be domiciliary visits.
On Monday morning, there is the LMHT MDT meeting lasting from 9:30-11:00. On Thursday afternoon, there is Early Intervention Psychosis meeting which is 1pm-2pm.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare provides integrated healthcare services, including mental health, intellectual disability and physical health services.
