Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (7PA's) at Addenbrooke's hospital.

The role will include general Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery outpatient clinics, Minor Oral Surgery in outpatients and theatres., The post holder will complement the existing Oral and Maxillofacial team of 5 Oral and maxillofacial surgeons, a cleft surgeon and 3 Specialty Doctors.

You will have 4 years full-time post graduate experience (or equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis) at least two of which will be in a specialty training programme in a relevant specialty or as a fixed term specialty trainee in a relevant specialty, or shall have equivalent experience and competencies., The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
