Specialty Doctor - Microbiology

You will work closely with our senior clinical team and benefit from their experience and knowledge allowing you to expand your own clinical experience every day., This is a 12 month fixed term post to support the consultants in this busy microbiology laboratory with an active clinical liaison and infection control workload. The principal duties of the post holder will be to support the consultants in the day-to-day reporting of results, and the provision of clinical advice on bacteriology, infection control and antimicrobial stewardship.

The candidate should have 6 years clinical experience with 4 of the years in the microbiology specialty.
