Specific Learning Difficulties & Exams Assessor

The Sheffield College are looking for a Specific Learning Difficulties & Exams Officer to join the team on a part-time basis. This is a rewarding role where you will be responsible for ensuring the College complies with the Equality Act 2010 by assessing students for exams access and ensuring any arrangements are in place to meet their needs.,

• Collaborate with the SEND Advisors on identifying students progressing from schools and also already enrolled in the College.


• You will assess for exam purposes and inform SEND Advisors on outcomes and strategies to support students with dyslexia


• Contribute to staff professional development

  Good understand of student support
