As Speech and Language Therapist at Arc School Napton, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will be working with all our pupils across the primary age range, supporting the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children with communication needs. You will manage your own caseload and be expected to work flexibly, providing therapy services to pupils according to clinical need. You will be expected to actively participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff meetings, supervision, training and annual appraisals. You will have the opportunity to take an active role in the development of the learning environment and support program we offer so that we can improve and expand our offer to younger pupils and pupils who may join us with limited communication skills or being non-verbal. The post holder will be expected to work in collaboration with other Speech and Language Therapists to support the development of the Speech and Language Therapy services across the Kedleston Group.
