Full Job Description

The post is split between our Rehabilitation wards (Robertson and Furness) and the Community in Brent.
The successful candidate will be working with in-patients on our Neurological and General Rehabilitation wards as well as with patients within the area of Brent, offering both domiciliary and outpatient care., Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date.

In our SLT team, we are committed to providing high standard patient-centred care with emphasis on continuing service development and with excellent links with our local acute SLT team, the Brent Dietetics Service and the rest of the Rehabilitation Multi-disciplinary team., Just as we care about our patients' well-being, we care about yours!
