Speech & Language Therapist

• Manage a caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
• Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
• Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  
  Experience : At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
• Skills : Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
• Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
  
  Competitive salary up to £49,100 per annum (DOE).
