The Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, under the supervision and support from the Speech and Language Therapists, will create resources and deliver intervention to promote the rehabilitation of our service users. General administrative duties will also be a key responsibility for the successful individual. We have an exciting opportunity for full time Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our friendly Barnet Adult Community SLT Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to be part of our dynamic adult Speech and Language Therapy service. The Barnet Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service provides assessment and intervention to a variety of services including Planned Care, Inpatient rehabilitation, Parkinson's, and Early Supported Discharge team, offering care in patients' homes, in clinics, virtually and in some inpatient rehab settings. We are seeking a self-motivated, organised and empathetic individual who is able to work both independently and under supervision, applying a flexible approach to their work. The successful candidate will support their colleagues to deliver a high quality service to their patient population.
