The successful applicant will need to have dysphagia experience, and in addition to clinical skills, will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively. You will need to be flexible, innovative, organised and keen to learn for the benefit of your clients. You will receive regular supervision and training opportunities and will be supported to develop your skills further.

We liaise and meet regularly with SLT colleagues in our Community Stroke Team and Community Neurology Service, with a monthly in-service programme of clinical meetings for our continuing professional development.
