We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our Youth Justice services in East Berkshire. This is a unique opportunity to get involved as we grow and develop services to work with young people that are focused on identifying and meeting communication needs, to prevent entry to the Youth Justice services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Speech and Language Therapist to join our service at The Orpheus Center in Godstone, Surrey (www.orpheus.org.uk) where we work with college staff to develop practice; provide speech and language therapy through group work with the 7 core subject strands and deliver highly bespoke direct therapy to meet EHCP specifications. The caseload includes young people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and Autism. Our highly experienced specialist therapists will support you to work in innovative ways, realizing Orpheus' all-round growth which includes housing, work, relationships as well as artistic development.

Rate: £24,000 annual salary (for age 21+, to be reviewed after Probation)

Additional benefits include generous holiday pay, pension, refer a friend scheme, great training and development opportunities., Services: Working in our expanding contracts with mainstream and special schools, youth justice services, and our syndrome-specific speech and language therapy services for children and young people who have Down Syndrome.

Rate: Competitive salary - dependent on experience., Rate: £22,071 annual salary (for aged 21+, to be reviewed after Probation)
