Some of your other key accountabilities will include:
Ensure that all Waste Network enhancement work across the region is verified appropriately and delivered quickly through our supply chain partners to avoid customer disruption.
Expedite the delivery of any enhancements where there is need to mitigate
Complete audits, process quality and compliance checks and feedback on findings and develop improvement plans to the various teams you support and interact with.
Establish, manage and monitor H&S standards, processes, communications and training, ensuring safe systems of work are in place for all activities.
Manage the budget, including operational and capital expenditure and deliver and embed efficiencies.
Work as part of the wider spills programme to seek out new opportunities for best practice in the lining and repairs arena
Work with highways and local authorities to ensure we can complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst maintaining great relationships

Some direct experience in managing, leading and inspiring teams in a customer-focused operational environment would be advantageous. A good understanding of the sewerage network and drainage repairs is required including civils, lining and patching operations with relevant experience a benefit. You'll be expected to interact with customers and the general public to deliver a great customer experience, with flexibility to meet both the customer's requirement and business requirements.
