Spinal Injury Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spinal Injury Support Worker to join our team in Llandudno Wales. The successful candidates must be flexible and able to cover all shift patterns on a planned rota basis. The client cannot be left alone, therefore covering colleagues' annual leave and absences is required., The key responsibilities include engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists, supporting independence and continued rehabilitation, managing neurogenic bladder and bowel, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records. The requirements include previous experience in a similar role, ability to deal with challenging behaviours, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and empathetic nature, and flexibility to work the specified hours.
