Spinal Paediatric MDT lead

· To provide efficient and high quality scheduling, planning co-ordination and administrative support to the Multi-Disciplinary Meetings, consultants and their teams, to support patient pathways.
· To capture a comprehensive set of summary notes, agreements and patient outcomes, to be communicated to all the MDT representatives.To work in close co-operation with staff and other health professionals to ensure a first class service.
· To be a proactive active and supportive member of all five sites., · The post holder will coordinate and support the multi-disciplinary teams meetings (MDM) within the five sites, ensuring meetings are run to a consistently high quality..
