Full Job Description

To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direction and supervision.
Demonstrate and supervise practice and procedures to registered and unregistered nursing staff to secure effective nursing practice.
To take a key role in the induction and mentorship of new and unregistered staff, and provide supervision.

We are looking for a registered nurse with relevant experience with good communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously .
The successful applicant will be expected to be able to care for pre and post diagnostic and therapeutic injections, and assist the spinal team in the running of the clinics, whilst providing any nursing care needs that are required.
We looking for someone who is motivated, compassionate and adapt quickly to change. We are a forward thinking department and very open to change and service improvement. We strive to give the patients the best care possible.
Knowledge of outpatient work would be useful but training and support will be provided. Commitment to professional development must be demonstrated.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
