Full Job Description
The Spiritual Care team and Bereavement care team at University Hospital Southampton (UHS) are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated and compassionate administrator to join the Patient Experience team. The role will be split between both services. You will be the first point of call and therefore you will need to have exceptional communication skills. You will be competent in your area of work whilst prioritising your workload. This role is vital to the smooth running of our services and has a significant impact on our patient's and families experience.

This will include, but not limited to answering phone calls and emails to the department, processing referrals from staff and patients appropriately, maintaining patients records accurately, assist with the ordering/maintaining of stationary, create comprehensive documents in PowerPoint/Word, and arranging meetings and events. Furthermore, you will be supporting administration of hospital deaths.
You must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently to the relevant people.
