Full Job Description

The Supporter Engagement and Operations team is the heart of our supporter engagement and retention at Plan International UK. The team ensures that Plan effectively communicates with its supporters and delivers key logistical requirements for our fundraising, ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced person to lead the Sponsorship Operations team to deliver an exceptional service to our supporters in the end-to-end delivery of the child sponsorship process workflow and sponsorship operations and maintaining quality sponsorship data to enhance the sponsorship experience.

Key deliverables will include delivering the end-to-end processes required for child sponsorship in a timely, efficient, and compliant way; ensuring up-to-date and accurate procedures and guidance exist for all sponsorship operations; prioritising the team's workload to meet service level agreements and proactively looking for opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance the sponsor experience by reviewing and evolving our processes.

You need experience of safeguarding, child protection and a strong understanding of Data Protection 2018 / UK GDPR - for data protection. You'll also be responsible for providing leadership that promotes inclusivity, excellence, and teamwork within the Operations teams.
