Sports Centre Supervisor & Lifeguard

Epsom College is a highly successful independent co-educational day and boarding school on the edge of Epsom Downs. We are looking to recruit a part time Sports Centre and Pool Lifeguard/Supervisor to join the existing friendly team working Sundays.

The successful applicant will provide a high quality, friendly and efficient service to the Sport Centre and Pool users ensuring a safe and welcoming environment as well as ensuring the secure locking up of the building. The role will be front facing dealing with visitors and will require high standards of customer service.

You will hold a valid NPLQ lifeguard qualification (training can be provided), be highly professional, customer focused, with a can do attitude and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to work independently. A knowledge of health and safety is required and the ability to work within procedures and protocols. Experience of working in a similar post in a sports centre or school environment is desirable.
