Full Job Description

Shrewsbury School seeks to appoint a Sports Coach for Hockey. We are looking for candidates who are qualified to a minimum Level 1 and have a first aid qualification (although we can provide this with in-house training).

Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people, be passionate about sport and have the ability to hold engaging sports coaching sessions. The successful candidate will be leading coaching sessions with junior (13-15 years old) and senior age (16-18 years old) groups and attending fixtures. Shrewsbury School has its owns sports pay scale. Rates of pay are dependent upon qualifications and experience which will be discussed at interview. In addition to this, you may use the school sports and library facilities and receive lunch in Kingsland House when coaching.
