Sports Coach - Squash

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Squash coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in badminton, a passion for teaching, and the ability to help inspire the next generation of squash players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to different skill levels, from beginner to advanced


• Instruction: Provide individual and group coaching sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning


• Competition Preparation: Prepare athletes for local, regional, and national competitions


• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and role model for athletes, fostering a positive and encouraging training environment


• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing feedback and adjusting training programs as needed


• Safety: Ensure a safe training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines


• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of athlete progress and participation, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced and highly motivated coach with suitable squash Coaching Qualifications


• Have experience of coaching youth squash players (9-18)


• Have experience of working within a school environment


• Easily develop a positive rapport with pupils


• Have a strong work ethic and flexible attitude.
