Full Job Description

As Sports Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the sports and wellness reception desk, whilst providing the highest standard of service to members and their guests.,

  • Greeting members and their guests with a warm and professional welcome

  • Ensure all bookings and administrative tasks are completed efficiently

  • Staying up to date with latest services and promotions to help provide relevant recommendations to members and their guests

  • Maintain the reception area to set standard

  • Seek opportunities to go promote services in other areas of the Club

  • Actively contribute to reducing our environmental impact

    Experience working in a Sports environment in a similar role

  • Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer literate with a excellent attention to detail

  • Passionate about customer service

    40 hours per week - 5 days over 7 days including working weekends
