As a Sport writer you will:
• Cover the latest sports news, updates, and events, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Conduct interviews with athletes, presenters, coaches, and other key figures in the sports world.
• Attend events for first-hand reporting and behind-the-scenes insights.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize articles for visibility and audience reach.
• Engage with the Radio Times audience via social media and other platforms to build a loyal readership.
• Assist in creating multimedia content like podcasts, videos, or live streams related to sports coverage.
  
  Expertise in sports: Comprehensive knowledge of various sports and an ability to stay updated on the latest trends.
• Strong writing and editing skills: Produce clear, engaging content that appeals to fans of all experience levels.
• SEO proficiency: Knowledge of how to optimize content for digital success.
• Multimedia capability: Experience in video and audio storytelling is a plus, including on-camera presenting.
• Organisational excellence: Ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistently high-quality work
