Full Job Description

As our Social Media Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering engaging content across all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. With a knack for storytelling and a natural ability to connect with audiences, you'll be at the forefront of creating content that drives engagement, builds brand loyalty, and achieves our clients' objectives. This is a busy and varied role that requires creativity, precision, and an ability to thrive under pressure., Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging, high-quality content (including Canva creatives, videos, and reels) tailored to various social media platforms.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and participating in content shoots to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across all platforms, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build meaningful connections on behalf of clients.
  • Trend Research & Innovation:
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the team to pitch innovative ideas for content that aligns with client goals and audience preferences.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, reporting, and data management.
  • Maintain accuracy and organisation in all tasks, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with account managers, designers, and PR specialists to align content with overarching campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
  • Influencer Research & Targeting:
  • Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers across beauty, wellness, and aesthetics sectors.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers, including engagement metrics and relevance to client brands.
  • Collaborate with influencers to execute campaigns that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of influencer partnerships to ensure ROI.

    Content Creation Expertise:
  • + Skilled in creating and editing content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
  • Social Media Savvy:
  • + In-depth knowledge of all major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. + A natural ability to predict and capitalise on trends.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • + Meticulous approach to managing tasks, from content scheduling to team admin. + Commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of work.
  • Motivated Self-Starter:
  • + Proactive and driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Creative Thinker:

  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in social media tools and basic editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
